Accepted File Types

Toolpath accepts STEP file uploads with the .step or .stp file extension. STEP files are an open and universal format that can be exported by any CAD/CAM program.

File Guidelines

• Export only a single body, do not include a full assembly.
• Export from the parametric/analytical/BREP geometry, do not convert a tessellated format such as .stl or .3mf .
• Do not model threads; you can indicate threads within Toolpath.
