Generate feed & speed presets for consistency, easy programming, and control over how Toolpath programs your parts!


PreTool  helps you quickly build preset feeds and speeds lists across your entire Tool Library. Using PreTool to build presets for your tool library has three main advantages:

  1. Consistent feeds and speeds. No more surprise surface finishes at the machine - with presets, you are working from a known point.

  2. Programming is easier! No need to think through feeds and speeds for every operation, you’ve already got them.

  3. They allow you to refine how Toolpath uses your tools through Cut Configs.
